He currently practices real estate in New Jersey at Realty One Group Legend and is a Mortgage Loan Officer with GenNEXT Funding. As a real estate investor, he has successfully been through the lending process three times.
Gem has over 15 years of executive experience in retail management working with corporate retailers, including Circuit City, Travelex Currency Services, XpresSpa, and Best Buy Inc. Accomplishments included driving sales and overseeing the implementation of key business initiatives, creating and sustaining the relationship with the business partners, owning brand standards in alignment with the company vision, and developing & training new management teams.
Gem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University at Buffalo.

He has been a real estate investor for ten years and has invested in 30 rental properties across the United States, and been approved for all two dozen mortgage applications, both residential and commercial.
AK also works for Motive Partners, a next generation financial technology investment firm, as a Global IT Director and Advisor. AK was part of the founding team of Motive Partners’ a Growth Equity Fund.
AK has spent 15 years as an IT executive for companies like Markit, Grohe, and Capco. He joined Markit as the 8th member of the technology team. While there, the company grew to over 4,000 employees globally (now 13,000) and successfully went public, with a current valuation of $14 billion.
AK holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Information Technology Management (with honors) from The Manchester Metropolitan University in England.
Kishore Neelamegam is the Chief Technology Officer at Lendsmart, where he leads the development of Lendsmart’s lending and home buying technology, including their centralized platform for loan origination and artificial intelligence driven underwriting tool.
Kishore is a technology leader with over 24 years of experience spanning across mainframes, cloud, blockchain, and artificial intelligence. Prior to Lendsmart, Kishore founded Megam Vertice, an open source startup creating an easy way to launch apps, services, and analytics in the cloud. Megam was acquired by Rio Advancement in 2018. Kishore went on to also co-found Rio/OS’ cloud operating system for private data centers.
Kishore spent nearly a decade working at IBM where he built a java-based tool to automate, build, and ship IBM’s mainframe products, like DB2. As a design manager, Kishore was responsible for the architecture and integration of over 40 airport systems at the Mumbai International Airport in India. He also worked at Northwest Airlines (now Delta Airlines) as a mainframe programmer where he supported the inventory application running the Mainframe environment.
Kishore is an international speaker and has presented at several conferences, including Salesforce’s Dreamforce and OpenNebula’s cloud conferences. Kishore holds a patent titled, “Building Data Security in a Networked Computing Environment”. He graduated with a Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics from PSG College of Technology in Coimbatore, India.
